Welcome from the Mission Optimist Club! 2012 has already begun and Optimist members are busy with many projects. The Essay and Oratorical contests will be coming up soon. March will bring in Mission's finest with the Optimist Talent Show at the Clarke Theatre. May is MOY, "Mother of the Year" contest. Kids in the Elementary schools say in 50 words or less why they think their mom is the greatest! June we will be giving $500 Bursaries to 4 Secondary Schools in Mission. Also, we have a couple Optimist sponsored "free" swims at the Leisure Center.
